We understand that, from time to time, individuals or organisations may be dissatisfied or concerned with the way the Glasgow Print Studio or its staff have acted.

If you have a complaint about our products or services, we would request that this be put in writing and sent to info@glasgowprintstudio.co.uk or by post to Glasgow Print Studio, Trongate 103, Glasgow G1 5HD.

A complaint will be acknowledged within five working days and you will be informed of how we intend to deal with it.

Making a complaint will not exclude the person from any activity that they may be engaged in now or in the future. There will be no reduction in the quality of service experienced by the person making the complaint.
